Overall pleasant experience at opal comforts

I recently stayed at opal comforts and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was neat and clean, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. However, i encountered an issue with the location listed on the makemytrip app, which was inaccurate by about 3-4 kilometers. This discrepancy made it somewhat inconvenient to find the hotel initially. Despite this, the quality of the accommodation itself was satisfactory.

Very peacefully stay. Welcome is good. Thanks to mmt. Room is neat and clean and staff is very care me.

My experience in this hotel was very good, i find clear room, very hygiene and clean. Good service and the staffs are also very helpful in term of check and check out also wifi is available and fast speed, overall this place is amazing, the people are so kind and give a homely feeling.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room ambience was damp. No sweeping & proper cleaning. Day old air conditioners making loud noise.

The room ceiling had water marks of some kind of leakage and bathroom roof pop was falling apart
