Good Stay
Stayed there only for night as we have to catch flight early in the morning, rooms were cleaned. Washroom was not up to the standard. One of rooms washroom door was not working. Staff was very helpful. They have managed our booking (which was a last minute ) very well. Airport drop facility was provided on time.

Terrible Stay
Staff very rude ..no regular tv channels …can watch on Youtube if if u want to watch OTT u need to have your own log in ..WC dirty

Excellent Stay
The first thing I saw walking in lto OPO Royal Residency was the statue of Ganapati, Vigneshwara. The destroyer of all obstacles. It's the same way I felt about all the staff and ambience.I was safe, alone but not lonely.God bless!

Good stay with few OFIs
Rooms were good and tidy. Some issues which were specific to my room - 1) door card was not working, had to use a key to open the door everytime. 2) bathroom flush took long time to refill. Apart from the above issues, stay was smooth. Staff were courteous and helpful. In room dining service was good and food was tasty. However I would have been happier if they were a bit cheaper. Breakfast quality was good but spread needs to be improved. Overall a pleasant stay if they work on the above issues.

Value for money stay
One of the best hotels with value for money facilities in the Mahipalpur area. Its well accessible from the service road. The staff is courteous and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was descent.

Good Stay with Comfortable Amenities
I stayed at OPO The Hotel Royal Residency, Mahipalpur and overall had a good experience. The location is convenient and easy to reach. Welcome tea and coffee service was nice. The room had all the essential things provided, though the lighting switches inside were a bit confusing to operate. The washroom was slightly narrow but manageable. Morning breakfast was good and satisfying. Overall, a decent and comfortable stay.
