I like to stay in this hotel because there are very good rooms, clean washrooms and the hotel staff very helpful n very good behavior and I feel very luxurious wives in this hotel.

Poor Stay
Our stay at Opulent was disappointing. Despite being verbally assured of early check-in at 10 AM without extra charges, we faced rude staff and unnecessary delays. We were finally given our room after more than 15 follow-ups at 1:30 PM, just half n hour before the official check-in time. The room assignment was also problematic - we were initially offered a less desirable cottage, and the room we got had a shower with very strong water pressure. Additionally, our requests for slippers and an iron board were not met, though slippers were provided next day.. Overall, it was a bad experience, and this is the second consecutive trip booked through MakeMyTrip that has gone wrong. I highly doubt to continue booking in the future.

Not worth the money
The room was not upto standard. Wasn’t cleaned properly, phone wasn’t working, there was a small dug up hole right inside the room. Service was okay. Food is overpriced.

Average Stay
The hotel offered good food with a decent variety. Rooms were spacious but felt old and outdated, needing some refurbishment. Service was polite but noticeably slow at times, which affected the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the stay was comfortable, and with some improvements, the hotel could be much better.

Very dirty room and water were leakage from AC, washroom was not clean and no any hand tower available in washroom , very poor experience i ever have in delhi like this hotel

The washroom picture on MMT and in reality is totally different. Hotel staff mentioned to book a suite to get the washroom posted on MMT, whereas on MMT no such in suite details are available.

★☆☆☆☆ Worst Experience Ever – Please Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life here. The staff lied to us and forcibly shifted us to another room, saying it was an “upgrade.” In reality, the new room was extremely small and the AC wasn’t working at all. We called the reception to complain, and instead of fixing the issue, someone just came and increased the fan speed and left — without offering any real help. After repeated complaints and a lot of frustration, we were moved to another room, but even that one was dirty, poorly maintained, and again – too small. When we asked if they had even checked the rooms before allotting them, they casually said, “No, we haven’t seen it.” The attitude of the staff was careless, unprofessional, and they clearly had no intention of making the guest feel comfortable. The overall hygiene, service quality, and honesty were far below acceptable standards. Please don’t make the mistake of booking this hotel – it will ruin your trip. There are far better options available nearby.

Good Stay
Road leading to the Resort is not good but once inside it’s an excellent property, ambience was good and attending staff was courteous.Breakfast was good but other foods in Lunch/Dinner requires more attention.

The restaurant is not available for many days due to private parties and the hotel staff tells us that you should order the food at the room. This is unacceptable. Also there is no wifi and even a mobile network issue in this hotel.
