far from the maddening crowd …in the lap of nature

It was the first time we had booked a home stay to experience the authentic culture of the place and we were not disappointed. The location of the property is excellent. Though it is 2 hours away & at a higher altitude from Banjar which is the main town in Teerthan valley, it was worth it to go there. Gada Gushaini is a picturesque village with open green meadows surrounded by deodar trees. There are many points of attractions near the location but we couldn’t explore them because of the rains. But the host Ranaji made sure that we’re not disappointed. He took us for treks nearby where we could enjoy the real beauty of nature. Orange Sky home stay is perfectly located, rooms are spacious & clean . Ranaji served us delicious home made food & went out of his way to fulfil every demand from us. All the basic amenities were there but I would suggest the host to provide toiletries as not al travellers carry their own toiletries. Mr Rana is a great host & tried his best to make our stay at Orange Sky most comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to those who want to explore nature in its pristine glory & experience the culture of the place
