good facility for family stay

Even though it's located at good place, the details provided doesn't match with the facilities. the ac, refrigerator, microwave wasn't working. there is no cooking provision or it's just displayed which is not working. toiletries or adequate bath towels not provided. caretaker is not available. it's showing extra facilities just for attracting people. not suitable for families

The service was bad. No soap or towels or any basic toiletries were provided. It was also not well maintained.

Living rooms and common areas are good. Approach road to property is muddy, in rains driving there could be tricky. The room which we got didn't had geyser connection working, lights not working and the wardrobe door was broken. Maintenance wasn't done properly. Common areas amenities were good.

It was okay okay window lock was broken ac was not working window curtains was also not proper checkin experience can be improved

Good to stay for family people and near to main road, but have some small problems are there if it solve its very good place to stay

Whilst the location was good the maintenance could be better. The photos uploaded were totally different. The place could also do with some more basic utensils.

We arrived at the property with high expectations, having paid the full amount in advance. Unfortunately, our stay was abruptly denied upon arrival, leaving us frustrated and inconvenienced. This unexpected turn of events marred our experience and raised concerns about the property's commitment to customer satisfaction. Communication and transparency are crucial in the hospitality industry, and this incident fell short of those expectations.
