I had a fantastic stay at this homestay! the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The accommodations were clean and cozy, and the homemade breakfast was a delightful touch. Their local recommendations added so much to my experience. Wonderful stay with lovely ambience and the sweet people at orchid house villa & homestay with professionalism. Stayed for a night only and liked the services. The rooms are so neat and clean and will stay back here whenever we visit to jammu again.

I recently stayed at orchid house homes-tat for a weekend getaway. The hotel is located right in the city center, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Great homestay in jammu city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay. Well maintained, homely feel to the villa. Staff and the owner were very cooperative and helped us out. Breakfast was good and varied. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Bathrooms were sanitary and amenities were there. There was also a microwave for us to use. Overall it felt more like a home stay. I would surely recommend it for others. Value for money 👍

The owner, dr. Karan is a very hospitable host and really helpful. The staff as well are very nice an d the chef is very funny. I enjoyed my stay here

We had a family function at orchid house villa & gardens for which we have booked some rooms here. The ambience was too good. The rooms were clean and spacious. Meals were delicious and the service staff was of good nature especially mr sunderji. The host (mr karan) was very helpful & cooperative. Overall experience was outstanding. We refer our friends to stay here

We reached the location at around 12am. We contacted the owner and he even though denied the booking initially he accepted it when we sent the screenshot of the booking. He said he is giving us a better room with no charges extra. He was very friendly. But the rooms were not that good. The covers on the bed need to be better and the washroom also not clean. Need some maintenance/polishing and it can be better. The location is good and safe. Currently it looked like a place for bachelors. But with the reasonable price of the property it is justified but not for a family.

Property was goodbut was not managed properly. It was not clean at all and lots of mosquitos were around. Toilet were pathetic. Local support was good but helpless on mentioned points.

terrible rooms, very bad washrooms, smelly beds. Not recommended if traveling with family. Stay away from this.
