The ambience of the hotel was excellent the staff behavior and punctuality was very good and the way to mg marg was very close it was very convenient i had a very pleasant and comfortable stay

My stay was very comfortable. Warm welcome at the front desk. Ms. Lee-om at front desk was very helpful. There restaurant was close for that day due to some wedding so whenever i ordered food she came to give the food. Only one suggesting please keep more tv channels. Thank you lords. Looking forward to stay in other properties.

This is my first stay at lords hotel gangtok, we stayed there for a night at the hotel. The hotel located close to the main city shopping market, mg marg. The impressive thing of this hotel, suggest to book deluxe view rooms from where you can enjoyed morning view of kangchenjunga. Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was very humble and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is situated 2 minutes walk away from prime location of Gangtok MG Marg.Hotel’s location is very much convenient for the tourists since it is centrally located and very next to taxi stand.Room I was provided had lovely mountain view.Staffs were friendly and very cooperative.I am definitely going recommend to my friends and family.

Decent hotel at a great location on the m g road, the prime shopping area. Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are small. But goot view. Fairly noisy though.

Room was cosy and clean. Bathroom was also neat. Only problem we faced was accessing mg marg. It's a steep climb to mg marg. Staff was courteous and kind. Food was ok. Room service was really good. Overall the staff were helpful. Will definitely recommend for stay near mg marg in gangtok.

Centrally located, very near to M.G.Marg. Rooms were good with all basic amenities but were a bit small in size. View from the rooms were nice. Service was good. Breakfast was good.

My stay at orchid lords eco inn was good except for an issue regarding the hotel service. The water service of the hotel was disappointing. Other than this my stay at the hotel was satisfying.

The hotel had no elevator and the tv was not working. The food was very good and the staff were all very nice. But the main problem was that there was no lift. But the location of the hotel was very nice and the rooms were very tidy. But very small. Overall average
