Excellent location. Airy and large rooms. Wash rooms are neat and clean and much spacious. Food is nice but little costlier as compare to others. I have overall good experience to stay in Orient hotel.

Though the hotel is among the crowded market but there is no disturbance in the rooms. Good spacious, neat and clean room and prompt service. Urgent improvement required on the entrance, it gives a very bad impression for a moment I felt that I have made a wrong choice when I got down of the auto. It just looked like an early 20th century hotel. But after I checked into my room it was too comfortable for the amount I paid.

Hotel located in good location. Near a railway station. Room, Service are good and dinner is good. . Room is so big, AC not works in room. Decoration is Good, room is Clean and furniture Is of old model.

The property is good located in the heart of city. It is a cool and calm place to stay with. Service is satisfactory and staff is courteous. This would be the best place to stay if the hotel has its own kitchen and the food is available on reasonable rates.

Location is excellent, room service was superb. Nothing to complain. I had to book this half an hour before the check in time. The room was clean and spacious. It was easy to find the hotel. No complaints.

Very good hotel with good location, very near to railway station, staff was very cooperative and helpful. Good food by their own in house kitchen, I suggest everyone to book this hotel during travelling to Banda. Value for money.

Old property, centrally located, reasonably maintained by the owner overall a nice decent experience but don't expect much. It's value for money deal. Good property for backpackers and families

Hotel staff is good but they ask me submit every persons identity card according to law they can ask only one id not every persons id please clearly ask traveller to submit every persons id this issue make me mentally harres and tortured please clearly shortout my issue .

Location of hotel is heart of city. A old building but very spacious rooms. Very well maintained. That is why it is my second stay within a time of 40 days. Awesome and peaceful in the heart of city. Right in front of Heer Palace and Mega Mall. I really enjoyed my stay this time. It was my second stay within 40 days span. I would like to come again. Itz a heritage hotel .. Location is very nice .. Old construction but AC TV .. Everything working properly .. They serves Pandit hotels food that is really Delicious .. Room service is good .. One boy and girl on reception are helpful and active ... Little work of renovation needed in rooms .. Overall good hotel

It's overall good in all aspects for short Tours. You can enjoy here in front 2 cineplex near here. Receptionist is good behaviour lady and all staff also. Room is very big in size it's a very big size king room.

A very good hotel with excellent location with good service having spacious rooms with facilities according to the value. Cheap and Best Hotel in prime location. Near to Railway station with nearest conveyance near to all food points and near to all market.

Nicely located at centre of Kanpur, around 1. 5 km from Kanpur central Railway stn. Building is old (staff told me that this hotel was opened during British Raj). Staff is good. Rooms are large and spacious. Overall experience was good during the stay :-)

Location is good, sufficient space, from outside you did not recognise the quality of hotel but once you check-in then only you able to see the originality. It was good stay at hotel orient. Wi-Fi was not good.

First of all the location of hotel is best as the cinema house in front and lot of stores are near. The staff and everything is good. It is not too good but I would say value for money. The availability is good there.

All their facilities are good but they did not arrange morning breakfast while my menu complimentary breakfast included so I request to Hotel management they improve in your morning schedule... Hotel Orient staff was so good I like it.

Value for money. All services are very good except they do not have power back up for a so if you are travelling in summer please avoid because most of time of power is not available in Kanpur. Otherwise it is centrally located in city. I think at this cheap rate we can't expect power back for AC.
