Everything is ok. Suggested to family and couples good atmosphere rooms are good the washroom is fully cleaned and hot water is also available

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I had the best experience at oriental grand their exceptional hospitality and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable. The hotel was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions. The staff at the oriental grand were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available.

The stay was good. The staff was so good and received assistance immediately when required. Though i booked a deluxe room, got a free upgrade to suite room. I hope they would renovate a little so that the property would look even better.
