Very pleasant stay. Hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. The hotel is very centrally located for shopping and also offers a wide variety of restaurants nearby to choose from.

Our hotel stay was amazing. Staff was warm and friendly, always smiling. Felt very homely. The rooms were clean and maintained. The breakfast was tasty as well. The staff cooperated with request for early check-in. Overall, fantastic experience. 5/5 experience.

Very clean whole hotel, wide rooms, staff are very very gentlemen, brekafast is also very nice. All over sevice is very very well. If you are looking for premium stay then must choose this hotel.

Excellent staff behavior. Breakfast buffet was limited but good. Housekeeping staff are very nice and charming twin bed rooms were a little dirty but single bed room was excellent. Overall wonderful experience reception manager christina was very helpful and welcoming.

Our stay was happy stay and whole staff is cool and calm, cooperative, sincere, food is good but tea is not upto mark - room is neat and clean - staff is listening to your demands and do the needful accordingly excellent stay and satisfactory

Overall experience was very good. Rooms were clean and nice garden room. The breakfast was superb. We - 12 persons enjoyed fully the complimentary breakfast. Hospitality at restaurant was beyond expectations. Next year again we will chose same hotel.

Amazing service from the hotel & thoughtful people in this hotel - they even did not charge me for breakfast, although i had it in the room & that is not as per their normal policy. Room was neat, clean & comfortable.

Nice staffs good service and convenient location definitely will visits again especially kitchen does good food for me even i had dental issue they cooked food accordingly so i can eat and enjoy all dishes.

The stay was exceptionally good. The management and staff were very hospitable and cooperative. A shout out to mr nithin (management) and mr arun (soul restaurant) for unmatched service, support and proactiveness. To make our stay a comfortable and memorable one. Last but not the least, all gratitude to the management and staff for being so kind, cooperative and always eager to help making our stay with senior citizens so comfortable. Highly recommended

we have been staying at this hotel for the past several years. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. They maintain high level of hygiene . the multicuisine Restaurant offers delicious and tasty alternatives at reasonable price and value for money as portions are large.
