Good customer service and properly maintained rooms and well clean and bathroom facility is really good

Not cleaned, very bad room

The room was at a bad position in the hotel, behind it was the train track and there was constant train noise throughout the night because of which i did not get sleep, there is no lift even when hotel has so many floors and it's a problem to walk the steps with luggage

Very worst hotel ever i stayed before. No hot water, no lift, no room service, bathroom not clean. Totally cost of the room is worthless

My frnds arrived at 11:30 am : as we are thirty minutes earlier they asking for additional 350 rs since the checkin is too early
