The hotel property location wise is very nice. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are also brand new. On the first day, we had a bad experience that we were not given any towels or handkerchiefs for bathing and here the staff was asked to give us handkerchiefs for bathing, so at first they refused to give us handkerchiefs, then after some arguing, we were given handkerchiefs.

The property is good, the rooms are new and fresh. However, it is poorly managed. We have booked for breakfast with stay package. But there was no communication about the same from the hotel staff.

There was no one in reception most of time. Breakfast we did not get 2 days out of 4 as we have to go by 8. 00 am and they don't serve breakfast early. First time i saw breakfast does not include tea or coffee. Just they deliver one plate of idli and vada and with fix sambhar and chutney that's all.

It is a new setup hotel with beautiful rooms. However, the need to gear up with appropriate staff and also take care of hospitality. Breakfast need to be served as buffet with variety of choices, but currently it is served on the table with no follow up if we are fine with it, need more or do not prefer one of the item served and i was initially said that tea without sugar is not available, but was served later. Santosh is a responsible person and listen to the issues and try to resolve what possible, but abhi needs to understand that there is a difference between customer and employee. He cannot consider customer as employee.

Disappointing night experience and poor services i had a terrible experience during my stay at this hotel. I had a flight to catch at 4 am, so i tried to leave the hotel around 3:30 am. To my shock, the entire hotel was locked, and there was no staff available at the reception or anywhere else. I tried calling, but no one picked up the phone. I was stuck inside the hotel with the gates locked and no way to get out. After struggling for hours, the gate was finally opened at 5 am, which caused me immense stress and nearly made me miss my flight. Moreover, there was no one available at night to even provide a bottle of water. The room service was non-existent, and to top it off, the breakfast was not a buffet but was brought in from outside and served in the room. This kind of negligence and lack of basic amenities is unacceptable, especially in a hotel where guests expect at least a minimum level of service. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their services so that no other guest has to go through such a disappointing experience. I need refund. I want a full refund
