Wonderful stay, beautiful apartment, small and cute perfect for a family of 4. Everything is provided - kitchen amenities, ac, geyser, tv, comfortable bed, additional mattress, refrigerator. All that one would need, market is very near by and commute is easily accessible as you can easily avail auto, taxi or mumbai local ( from bandra station - walking distance) ganga, our helper was wonderful. I would love to stay again here in case i revisit bombay.

It was a great place to stay in bandra. Everything is easily accessible. The place was clean and good looking. I got a homely feel staying at this apartment.

We traveled from Ahmedabad to Mumbai & stayed at this property and it was excellent experience. We were 04 ladies and we didn’t worried about our safety because staff and environment is so safe and one of our valuable thing left in there however they called me and send back to us in Ahmedabad. Kudos to all OSI Apartment staff👏🏻 we would like to visit again soon and will definitely recommend to everyone.

Stay wasn't comfortable at all, showed different property pictures in the listing. There were so mosquitos everywhere, basic needs were missing. Property wasn't ventilated. We didn't enjoy our stay, it wasn't relaxing at all.

Worst stay ever! i stayed here with my friends for five days while attending a workshop in mumbai. From the moment we entered the apartment, we encountered numerous issues, particularly a severe water shortage. Despite contacting the property owner and staff multiple times, they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the problem, simply stating that water shortages were common. There was no water for bathing, brushing, or other essential activities. They only provided two cans of water per day for four people to use for everything, making it extremely difficult and time-consuming to lift up the cans and fill a bucket for a bath. This caused us to run late for our workshop every morning. Also, the rooms were cleaned only once during our stay because we were not at the apartment during the day. Overall, it was a bad experience, and i would recommend against staying at this place.

I don't expect this. First of all its not osi appartment, its madina appartment, and they cheat others by change it name. Another issue is there is no water in appartment for bathing and other activities. We talk to owner about this, they answer me to waiting for morning 9 o'clock for water and mmtc executive also don't support us. This is worst experience about mmtc in my life. Doesn't expect this.

We travel-led for an even in mumbai. every day we use to go 9am to till 12pm 1pm. some time we are not at spend much time in osi apartment, but the hotel management is worst. there is no single drop of water even for face wash and drinking water also. not even single day they full filled water, but i don’t have other choice to complaint them because i came here for event not for trip. it’s corporate mumbai home automation expo.
