So much rules and regulations, rude staff

Dear mr. Jha, please excuse us for a delayed response to your feedback about your stay between 24/1/23 -27/1/23. This is a homestay & not a hotel where people are treated as customers! we endevour to provide a safe & peaceful stay for our guests. Pardon us, dare we say, you took the liberty of opening locks & jumping over the gate to fetch a watch lost at a wedding venue, leaving the property unsecured & vulnerable in the middle of the night. Other nights we entertained mutiple entry/exits through the night, an exception. Therefore, our request for room keys to be left at the reception, was to avoid loss of keys & have you to pay damages. Property t&c are stated on mm t ie food not allowed in rooms, yet you booked. Our apologies if you consider the above as rules and regulations, rude staff. Guess no home owner encourages the above barring a few hotels.

familyIt was an awesome stay at ottara homestay. It was a beautiful place. Rooms were great with huge bathroom. Staff at this places were courteous and helpful. Will recommend this place to everyone.

Awesome host and awesome stay
family[highly ceramic] this place is peaceful, beautiful and bliss to live. Host jyotsna is wonderful. She helped us with various shops around jodhpur.

Excellent Stay
it truly was a royal luxury home stay. the rooms are large & tastefully decorated. the bathrooms are huge & sparkling. staff were courteous & food was lip smacking. great place for few families to catch up👍😊

familyLoved our stay in otara. Ms. Jyotsna was very welcoming and it was a pleasant experience. Bathroom was luxurious as it’s a very unique feature. The entire home’s interiors were very tastefully done. There is a lovely lawn which can be enjoyed for having morning tea. Breakfast was very heart-fully prepared. Served hot and with care. There was another caretaker who served breakfast who was also very very kind. Icing on the cake was there is a mukti cuisine restaurant with live music just besides this property. We had an amazing experience in jodhpur because of this homestay. Thanks to the owner who own this property and who are taking care with full heart and care giving a great option in upmarket area of jodhpur

The management and staff take hospitality seriously
coupleWe loved the way that our room and washrooms were hygienic and the staff also takes sanitation very sincerely. The restrooms here beat even the five star facilities. You might not wanna leave from here. And the staff is very friendly and courteous and quite skilled too. Mr. Poonam singh from the staff helped us in every possible way and they made sure that we had an enticing stay experience.

Relaxed stay at this niche property
We loved the serene atmosphere of this great property. It is tucked in a posh neighbourhood of jodhpur and makes for a thoroughly refreshing stay. The food was home cooked by the caretaker and was delicious.

Relaxing stay in Jodhpur
coupleThe place is a nicely made beautiful house in a calm and posh location in Jodhpur. The rooms are big and spacious and the bathroom just steal the show, they can be compared to any 5 star hotel. The staff is really helpful and I just wish they change the number available on the site as it gets you connected to the Jaipur branch. The staff is helpful and the services that are there are just fantastic. They have 2 beautiful old cars also parked that you can just see. The mattress is amazing and so is everything else. The place is a little far from the main city but you have good eating joints nearby, cab services are also easily available and thus making it a very nice and warm stay. You should go here and stay and enjoy a very laid back holiday. It's perfect for couples and for people having a family too. You can ask them for a early check-in too and depending on the case they may allow you for a late check out too.

Peaceful place away from city center
A nice cozy place away from the city hustle located in Ratanada area of Jodhpur. The ambiance and property is well maintained with excellent service. The only thing to watch out here is if you’re looking to shop then the location is not right for you. Also during my stay there were some small issues with the bathroom setup however overall it’s a nice place to stay.

If technical, trust it was taken care of or as in most similar establishment, basic amenities were provided for your stay. Otara being in a residential area doesn't have shops right outside homes. But a short walk of barely 10 -15 minutes to the right or left of the property have basics available We are glad to know baring two minor issues, overall your experience was pleasant.
