On the very first day of our arrival, my 67-year-old father went to the bathroom and used the hotel towel. Due to his eye problem, he did not notice that the towel had stains. After he came out, we saw a handprint on the towel and immediately informed the reception to have it replaced.
After some time, the hotel manager came to our room. Instead of addressing the issue politely, he behaved very rudely with my senior citizen father and even him of causing the stains. Despite our attempts to explain the situation, he continued
This was not only extremely unhygienic. Such behavior from the hotel staff is unacceptable and has left us with a very unpleasant experience.
I request you to kindly this matter, take strict action against the hotel for both the unhygienic towel provided and the manager’s misbehavior, and ensure that such incidents do not happen again with any guest.
