The room allotted for us really spacious and the whole villa itself was cozy n warm for our family of 4 members. The view from the room was awesome and the bathroom was clean and neat. Morning breakfast was good with varieties and also the chef customised for us which was a great effort. Totally we enjoyed the stay and the pool was something the family loved

booked 2 delex room and room is very old and damaged along with bad spell.housekeeping and restaurant will take so delay

there is no maintenance in the resort. staff are very careless. they never respect guest. Enjoyed the climate but stay was really not we expected. food cost is very high with 5 star hotel price

Very Disappointing Stay – Poor Service We had a terrible experience at Oxy Valley Resorts, Agali. Upon arrival, our room had no towels, no kettle, no cups, no sugar – absolutely nothing. My parents’ room didn’t even have basic toiletries like shampoo or soap. We booked via an online platform and were given villas outside the main resort, which were not properly organized. Worst of all, the jeep service came only after 5 calls, and the staff were unhelpful. Overall, this place lacks basic hospitality and professionalism. Not recommended. Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Hype! Our stay at Oxy Valley Resorts, Agali was a huge disappointment, mainly due to the pathetic room service and overall lack of basic hospitality. When we arrived, our room had absolutely nothing – no towels, no kettle, no sugar packets, not even cups. My parents’ room was even worse – no shampoo, no soap – nothing that you’d expect in even the most basic accommodation. To make things worse, we had booked through an online platform (like MakeMyTrip), and were given a villa outside the main resort area, which was clearly not fully organized or maintained. It felt isolated and far from what was promised in the listings. The jeep service to pick us up was ridiculous – it only came after my fifth call . For a place that claims to be a relaxing nature getaway, the attitude and service were the exact opposite. Overall, I would strongly advise travelers to avoid this place – the poor service, lack of amenities, and unprofessional behavior ruined what should have been a peaceful trip

The food was very average, Night food waited till 8.30PM as my kid was very hungry. The bathroom shower was not working, not sure whether maintenance people were checking or not. Very average stay, not recommended for family.

As shown in the photos the allotted rooms are different and no wifi available in the property and food is below average and not value for money

It was an average experience. Since it was month of april, amenities were not completely maintained. Camp fire along with tribal dance was not possible. We had actually booked economic rooms but since they were under maintainence we were upgraded to higher rooms. We got a room at the top most hill. Room was good with a balcony view at the hill top. We can catch a view of the sunset & sunrise. But travel-ling to the room was tedious. Either you have to take their jeep service which was free but they had only 2 jeeps (not sure how they would manage during crowded times) or you need to drive your car through a steep hill top if your car is capable enough. Swimming pool was well maintained. Food was good. We couldn't hire the jeep safari since it was a dry season. Service response was good.

Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are spread out. Has pool, gym, trampoline etc. Breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner average. Very scenic. Staff are welcoming. Overall nature lovers will enjoy.

Overall experience was good. But food tariff was so high.

Location of the resort is good and the hospitality as well. Maintenance of the property infra should be taken care by the management still better

I went with my friends, enjoyed a day with complete natures -night campfire was awesome with songs - food quality and taste good - peaceful stay with nature - great place for family, friends and couples

The property listing on mm t and the facilities they advertised are totally mismatching. There is no standardized room types each cottage is owned by individuals and these guys just manage it, for instance our cottage did not even have a tv when we asked them they said it's the owners decision to not have tv. The weather and ambience though was pleasant most of the time ac did not work and fan was also, due to voltage fluctuation. Totally not worthy for 7. 5 k per night. I'm totally disappointed.

In my view good service and a good ambiance

They serve the afternoon cooked food for dinner with bad taste. That to for a 500 rs buffet.

Very pleasant stay. The staff were so courteous and friendly. Property is still being pampered. Should be functional with all amenities in sometime.
