Review Of OXYGEN RESORT CHAKRATA

Property do not exist as listed on mmt. After reaching the property the contact person send us to some another property, which was located in a market, and not suiting our purpose or likings. Upon confronting the same person sent us to wild rock resort, which was about 30 kms away from the booked location. At this property we were provided with a bamboo hut, no facility for hot water as temperatures outside were close to 3 deg c. No choices for food. Which was also served at 11pm after several requests. Overall a very undesirable place and a fun ruining experience.

Staff, service is so badly poor.

Food was yuck. We booked for 2 rooms while looking at the make my trip bookings. But when we reached there, the staff told us that we have booked tents. But this was all a lit. On a chilling morning at 6:30 am, I was traveling with my group. We all were freezing out there but no service was adjusted or provided. We requested for refund/adjustment and lord, we did everything. But all we got was a disappointment. After begging the owner, he agreed to give us the room with extra payment. The property was messy, smelling. Cheated us with the booking.

Hotel facilities is very suitable and nice place hotel area.

There was no power supply and no proper power back-up, no sufficient water supply, very dirt room, spiders ram Around in room, big cockroaches on bed. Very bad experience.

First of all it not a Resort. It is just a lodge. The rooms are ok however the staff lacks basic hospitality. For everything their answer is no. Snacks not available. Food only this available. Go at your own risk.

No TV, geyser, room ambience was very poor.

The terrible stay ever in my life and worst stay ever provided by MakeMyTrip as there were no arrangements for drinking water, tv was not there in the room, even water is not coming proper in tabs in bathroom and food arrangement was very poor, they provided paneer vegetable by using ruined paneer.

We order jain food and the staff will give us what we order they feel us like a home in some item they dont have item to make but still the behaviour of staff and food was awesome.

We are a senior couple who wanted to spend some time in/near Chakrata and found this hotel through company. It has excellent view and is an ideal place to relax for a few days. The partner and staff were very courteous and helpful to us through our stay.
