I loved this hotel as it's budget friendly and view were amazing from the every corner of the hotel. Also the staff and owner are so nice I felt like family, surely I'll visit it again 😍😍

No in house kitchen and also there were no restaurant around the property. You have to manage your food on your own.

I reached mussoorie around 2200 hrs on 22 dc 2022 and i continuously called the hotel management on 19 dc 2022 and on 22 dc 2022 to know about the location and how to reach the hotel but they did not pick up my call. Unfortunately after searching for 2 hrs, i have to book another hotel for staying. Even i have asked the phone number of hotel from your company, you can check the record also. I have suffered a loss. Totally disappointed.

Didn’t get a room even after booking 3 days prior

We went to get the room on 9th of septa but they said we are overbooked and we can’t give you room. And the ola helpline did not take our query neither did the mmt helpline took our query. We were not able to get refund or any help from any organisation. Terrible terrible.

Offbeat location too far from mall road

To much uphills from mall road and car pick and drop is mandatorily required and single person to tale care of all guest and very smalp ropm and all basic amenities missing. Very very bad
