Excellent Stay
The location was good, it was in the heart of the city. The food provided by the restaurant was hygienic and the chef was highly skilled. The safety standards were up to the mark

Not value for money
Jusk ok ok its old manager was so much helpful but now new owner was third class cheap. I reached hotel at 11 am and he demanding me 600 extra charge only for one hour.

Staff behavior and room condition
Staff was very unprofessional, breakfast was included at the time of booking but hotel completely denied to provide the breakfast. Apart from that the room was in the worst condition, the washroom seat was broken and the flush was also not working properly, the blanket was hell dirty, bedsheet and pillow was also damn dirty. No room cleaning in 2 days of stay. This is the worst hotel experience ever. I request you to remove this hotel from your list as it's not as per mm t standard in the market.

Review about check in, food and safety
There is lots of problem to check in. When i booked a room but property owner did not give to me check in. He said that your room is not booked and payment related. He said give me extra 1200 rs

Terrible Stay
There's no hotel. It's just all fake. We couldn't find the hotel or even contact the hotel. Everyone Around was saying there is no hotel with that name. It's false alarm

Cleanness
The cleanness of the hotel surrounding was very poor. Room was good but the toilet was little dirty. And no towels and toiletries was provided. Hotel staffs were good. Breakfast was complimentary but no menu for the breakfast and took 2 hours for preparing tea and sandwich. Got breakfast at 11:20 hours.

Overall good stay
Some issue was there about the ID proof as they asked for Adhar only. Some delay but overall good stay. Liked the hotel.

Ridiculous.
Staff attitude is too bad. They even not care about guest. I visited there with my husband but it was very bad experience.
