The timing for breakfast must be informed to guests at prior basis. Location is good. Staff and manager helpfull but a bit clumsy in their work.
Sanitisation and cleaning must be done thoroughly after each guests leaves. As per OYO claims sanitisation infront of guests should be done.

First of all, the hotel denied us the check-in, the entire experience was pathetic. We had to pay for our booking despite having an advance booking. Mm t should be held responsible for all this and a strict action must be taken towards the hotel management and mmt.
