I recently stayed at ozone hotel in aluva and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The serene ambiance of the hotel added to the overall charm. The only suggestion i have is to consider adding a restaurant to the property. Having an in-house dining option would enhance the convenience and elevate the experience further, allowing guests to enjoy delicious meals without stepping out. Overall, ozone hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting aluva, and i look forward to my next stay!

The hotel is relatively new but very well maintained with good staff. All requests are attended to swiftly with no delay. Only thing it lacks currently is a restaurant which i hope will soon be added

in that hotel don't have warm water for shower 🚿 don't have facility for dinning. hotel management on reception very cooperative.

I booked this hotel for the first time, as i need late checkout on aug 30 th, i booked the room from aug 29 th to september 1 st, just thought process was no need to beg on the hotel fellows. The real provoking incident happened to me was that i reached hotel nearing 930 am on the morng on 30th, one and only male receptioinst there mentioning me that the checkin time is at 11 am so we cant provide room on this time, such an behavior from the hotel fellow reaching there after a long journey dampens the spirit in me. After paying full amount for two days for my stay of 10 hours. I request to you to give clear instructions in such cases.

Stay was absolutely frustrating, the night when we arrive we were made to wait for 10 mins before the room was provided inspite of insisting that we are tired after long 12 hours drive the plea went to deaf ears and the room provided was not the one we booked and i had to call back the reception and get it changed, my wife and daughter had freshened up so we took the wet towel along with us to the new room night around 11:45 the dump jack at reception calls to return the bath towel, this bunch of clown who manage the reception at night should be given basic training of etiquettes. The towel if collect the same night, the room in the ac was pathetic at 16 degree cooling setting it was blowing out air and the room was heavily warm due to the rains outside and humidity was all time high we had to switch on the fan to get some sleep, the property is new and close to road and very convenient for access but the facilities inside need to be revamped, the bath tab didn’t have the water stopper and the toilet set is slanted, this is the condition of the executive room. While checking out agin we were made to wait at reception for some freaking checks in the room as if we stole something out from this pathetic place and the same guy was manning the reception. Absolutely terrible experience.
