It was most terrible stay ever in my life. Extremely unsafe for family. This hotel is for basically drunk people. Family doesn't come here. Several time my door was knocked & kicked by banch of drunk people. Report to reception but manager & gm of the hotel most of the time not available. None of any staff willing check & find-out the person who did this nuisance despite of having cctv camera in the lobby. Why family doesn't come understand later. I booked through mm t & finally with mm t interference, some how i able to complete my stay & escaped. Regarding food, worst quality. Service as such that order for hot tea but when it served it become cold tea, so slow. I stayed in room no 112 bathroom was smelling due to wrong sewage exhaust settings. From inside only one tower bolt/cleat on the top of the door just that too not properly fitted. Overall it was just an exception stay for me. Avoid stay with family.

The lock of the door of the room was not working. The place was not so much hygienic. The pool had ants and insects in it. It was a terrible experience.

Everything is good. They are provide me early check in room. Food is really nice but too costly. Reception staff & service staff really very helpful l. Room is small but we'll decorated. Top floor pool is small. Don't come to the pool wearing hotel pool dress code. We did not feel good for this. We are carrying our own dress code for pool side. But they aren't allowed. Hotel this hotel very close to new digha sea beach. Just walk for 5 min.

location was good...staffs behavior good....swimmig pool small but good...aprox 400 mtr from new sea beach and 850 mtr fron digha junction

Overall good staff behaviour also good they are helping

Service was very low, cleaning was very low, they need to improve main objective, i stay 3 night they're not even change bed cover and so many thing. I hope next time i will not to visit

Excellent stay experienced, polite behavior of staff. Food quality is good. Little far from beach, its 800 mts approx. But transportation facility is available just out the hotel.

Over all good. Might be better. Food good. Hospitality good. But room was not clean as expected. Cloths can be cleaned better.

They cheated us for their location as on the google map it showed their as sea facing. Which is false. As the hotel is far away from the beach. The staff is only warm and nice on the last day. They make us buy water everytime. They charge 400 rs for extra bed but only they gave us was a mattress. Swimming pool is always locked. Property is new and clean. But not value for money as far as overall experience is concerned. Only one man at the reception was nice rest were very cold.
