Bad room service, power issues, dirty linen, Very poor washroom.

Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectation. Great rooms most comfortable and peaceful stay, rooms are neatly maintained .

Room not cleaning. Very poor service

We stayed here for two days. The hotel is located near Papanasam beach. The location is quiet. There are no dining options. You have to drive to the beach or somewhere else to eat. The bed sheets were small and not long enough to cover fully.

Stay was great it was very peaceful and calm only issue we have was the lock it was not working from outside had to stay in the room. It's was terrific calm and nice it had a huge balcony which was worth the cost. Can try it for family it's perfect

Its shows full book but it was empty and also there was hair every where towel was not clean used glass and plates was given . Not worth for money

Good and super so helpful good mangaers and good rooms cleanings are very very nice good surroundings

Ac was not good. Bathroom was not clean and not well maintained. Dust in the room walls.

Internet is not connecting. No hotwater in shower but we have to use bucket bath in hotwater. Not worth for the money.
