Good Stay
Ample parking space. Rooms are spacious. I found towels and cushions bit smelly. Food was delicious and quantity was also good. Staff was polite and co-operative.

Good place to stay in Belgaum
Location was very easy to find in a very calm and quiet locality. The property faces the killa lake. Food ( breakfast) was very good. Overall, a great place to stay.

Family stay resort with good rooms and food

Location of property is superb.. staff were cooperative as well .. the biggest advantage is, it has a fast charging facility for electric cars within its premises.. main attractive locations are very close to the property

Good Stay
My stay in pai was good. Room was clean and big. Wash room was also spacious enough. Not had food, so no comments on it. But had coffee in the restaurant. It was good and the restaurant is good. It's located at a good place at the entrance of Belgaum and has good parking space for 4 wheelers.

Good Rooms
The rooms have been vastly improved after renovation. They are spacious and clean. The linen is clean. What needs improvement is House Keeping Staff who leave the tissue box empty. The food is good.

My stay at Pai Resorts Belgaum was very comfortable. The staff was very prompt in service. The morning breakfast was excellent. The location is very good for travellers on Bangalore - Mumbai Highway.

Excellent Stay
The executive suite room was well decorated large room with lake view close to the highway made a convenient and comfortable stay for our journey to mumbai. A unique feature was the cupboards were separately placed in a room like portion between the wash room and the main large room.

Poor Stay
Rooms were with filled with mosquitos. Room cleaning need to be improved. Bed was too soft not comfortable for sleeping. No Pool, No Bar Etc
