I found cockroach ( dead !! thank God) and also the toilet could have been cleaned thoroughly! The room service should be taught to cover all the food that’s ordered!!

Nice property with covered parking. Rooms are tastefully decorated. In-house Restaurant food was pretty good.

rude staff
The staff members were rude and charged us extra money during check out. Rooms were good but the location of the property was not safe

Terrible Stay
Bathrooms were not as clean as it should be for a 4 star property. Dirty quilts and replacement tool 30 mins. Asked for separate mattress for my son and had to return it as it was too dirty. Finally the cherry on the top was a big mouse in the room. Finally had to change the room after midnight.

rooms were not cleaned well, found bottle cap etc at the corners, things put up at the door all the time I stayed and comb missing from the packet. this shows a careless housekeeping of the hotel. However, the hotel had a good food options in breakfast and restaurant. food and hospitality in the restaurant was great.

Worst hotel room and tiny bathroom with higher price
Pathetic horrible terrible annoying disgusting. Room was not spacious. Never saw a smaller bathroom than this. Bus truck sound will disturb you whole night. Food price was very high and quality of food poor. Smoking smell was inside the bathroom. The hotel management said the ventilator is interlinked so please adjust with this smell. No air freshner. Mini fridge was not working.

coupleThe stay was perfect. Room was clean however was probably done in a haste and lacked some basic things like no hand towels, a single bath towel provided for 2 adults, the cookies jar was empty. The food was the best thing if the property and the dining staff were very prompt and good. However the reception desk people were not responsive at all. The average good rating is only because of the dining staff.

Its ok type experience
Location is perfect. Room are too cossy, bathroom amenities are not good, nobody pick up call when u call room service or house keeping but if at all u are lucky that they receive call then room dining service is really good, food is ok not so bad or so good. No room service before 6. 30 am is bad.

Pathetic stay at Pal Heights Mantra suit room. No TV in Living room, only one telephone in suit room. Worst quality of toiletries are available in wash room.
