Terrible Stay

Entered hotel, lift not working. Entered room, ac not working. Went to washroom, pathetic condition. Restaurant not working. Had to order from room. Short of staff as well. Whatever you order, same boy came running. You do-not get what you order from their menu but you get what they have in food. On the whole this hotel made our trip really terrible.
