Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, mostly i would like to thank you mr anuj mishra ji. His behavior, hospitality was too good and so humble nature, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Actually they were upgraded my rooms also without any charges. Well again thank you for the help of mishraji. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very nice stay, staff was very cooperative. Kid friendly hotel with sufficient facilities. Ghat is just 1 min away from the hotel to enjoy ganga aarti.

The palace on gang-es exceeded all my expectations! nestled near assi ghat, the location is ideal for exploring the spiritual heart of varanasi. The hotel’s decor is a stunning tribute to india's diverse heritage, with intricate designs and local art everywhere you look. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast overlooking the river. The hospitality was top-notch, making my stay truly special. I can't wait to return!

What a delightful stay at the palace on ganges! the hotel’s atmosphere is steeped in history and charm, making it feel like a true escape. Each corner of the hotel tells a story, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Being so close to assi ghat allowed for easy access to the ghats and daily rituals along the river. I loved every moment and highly recommend it to anyone visiting varanasi!

The location of hotel is very good, just at the bank of ganga assi ghat. You can enjoy the assi ghat activities like ganga aarti, which takes place at 2 min walking distance from hotel. The hotel is very well maintained as a palace. The frames on walls about music and different musical instruments attracts you and feel good after seeing our ancient heritage. The staff is very co-operative and well mannered. They have a roof top restaurant, where you can enjoy food with feeling of sitting at bank of ganga.

Stayed at palace on gang-es and it was an amazing experince! the location is perfect, right near assi ghat with beautiful views of the river. The rooms are unique, each one with a different cultural theme, which really adds to the charm. The staff were super friendly and helped with arranging tours and boat rides. The food at the restaurant was delicious too, especially the indian dishes. A few minor things could be improved, but overall i had a fantastic time and would totally recommend staying here. 5/5!

It was great experience to stay at palace on ganges, varanasi. Rooms are same as shown in pictures, no frauds. Staffs are very kind and supportive. It's just a 2km distance from ‘kashi vishwanath temple

The best heritage property i have ever stayed at. Hotel palace on gang-es is run by the most compassionate & kind people & it reflects on his staff too. They are so courteous & kind & always ready to help. Service at its best. You feel like a royalty staying here. Stupendous view of mama ganga from the hotel. The hotel feels like no less than a museum itself. Full of most beautiful paintings & artefacts i have ever seen. I stayed here for 4 days & still couldn’t have enough of it. The aura & the vibe is so heart touching. I would recommend this heritage haveli over any overrated properties in varanasi. A must stay for art & music lovers!

I did booked 2 rooms, both are neat and clean. This hotel near to assi ghat just few steps away. Very friendly staff, i need to say thanks to sasi, ashish and vikash for their support during my stay. They provide good food as complementary breakfast. I can say overall stay is excellent.

Hotel's location is excellent, for art i at assi ghat u just need to walk for 5 mins, food is great, portions are good, i recommend you to try the thali they serve. Mr swaraj from fnb is always available for any requests you have, his staff is very well trained they are courteous and very cordial. They are quick to respond to any requests you have. I stayed there with my mother for three days, it was a very comfortable stay. I would recommend anyone looking for an overall experience to try this hotel out. Connectivity wise it takes 20-25mins to kashi vishwanath, kaal bhairav temple in early morning hours. You can easily find autos right at the doorstep. If its hot outside and u dont wish to step out the ambience of the hotel is pretty nice dey offer a small library on 2nd floor with city views n aesthetic ambience to relax. Will recommend all the travellers to give it a shot!

Recommended for a pleasent and comfortable stay right on assi ghat. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Only drawback there is no lift.

This hotel is just perfect if you want to see the real banaras. It is right on assi ghat where you can spend hours on the ghats especially in the evening, vishwanath temple is barely 15 minutes by autorickshaw ( don’t go by big cars as banaras is known for its narrow lanes and too many pilgrims ), eat the famous street food in near by lanes and for meals the best place is the rooftop restaurant of this hotel. The staff here is very courteous and attentive to your needs. The palace on gang-es is beautifully done and the room size is fine for two. We stayed in upper floor room with partial view of outside. There is no lift so be mindful if you have very old people with you. Overall a very decent hotel to stay right at assi ghat. Bhu is also close by and so is sankat mochan and mansa devi temples.
