Nice and clean property staff is good and courteous service is prompt nice property for family vacation

The location, stay, fiid, stuff, cleanliness everything was upto tye mark. The best part was it was nearby to Rock beach and all the eating joints. The room was clean the staff were cooperative and helpful. It was overall a great stay

This property is located in white town and walkable distance to the beaches like promenade beach, rock beach etc. Good breakfast with south indian and continental options. While they have a restaurant, there are a number of good places to eat nearby. Property is clean and maintained well. Some of the rooms do not have windows with a view outside, but two small windows on the sides. The property is located on a busy road, but there is basement parking to accommodate 5 or 6 cars. Staff is courteous

They have nice , clean and cozy rooms with great hospitality...only issue is rooms size and proper ventilation.. Foods option are very less so you have to look options from outside...

Our stay at Puduchhery was excellent. staff is very cordial and helpful. Rooms are spacious and cleaned with hygiene. food is also delicious with good options. Highly recommended.

Location is great, but the service was a let down. we ordered tea from our room. The tea was delivered in another room, we called the reception they said due to confusion this happened, we said ok pls send it now.. they again did not send the tea for another 1 hr .. we had to call 3 times to get the tea

The hotel was good in each aspect. Location (walking distance from rock beach) was good. Staff were also very helpful. We had a kid with us so hotel made sure that we dont face any issue. Although they had very limited options for breakfast (which can be improved) but the food quality and taste was good.

Room was clean and the location is great. Dinner at the rooftop restaurant was great as well. Don't expect much from the swimming pool since it's really small

It was very nice experience, staff’s were good and very helpful . Rooms were clean, they have taken care if hygiene very nicely .One feedback would be they should have dining area for breakfast and more options. Room breakfast should only be given to customer who need at their room. Rest everything was excellent .

We were a family of 7 and booked two executive rooms. The manager and staff were very cordial and accommodating, the experience of which was felt even before we checked in. The rooms were excellent and clean. Although the hotel does not have an in house restaurant, they have a tie up with a restaurant and the food was decent. They have a swimming pool and time slots have to be reserved to ensure privacy. Overall, the stay was comfortable and satisfying.

The room looked exactly like the photos shown during booking, which was a pleasant surprise. Clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort. What stood out the most was the impeccable service—especially from the front desk team, who were extremely helpful in guiding us with local sightseeing options and always ready with a warm smile. Room service was prompt and efficient every time. The overall atmosphere of the hotel, along with its convenient location, made our trip smooth and enjoyable. The staffs very very good and humble. They have given an 6 hrs of early check-in with 0 cost. Food was amazing.
