the room was soo soo cozy, beautiful. it had pretty lighting with good updated electronic. The vibe of the room was overall romantic and comfortable. the service of the hotel staff was friendly enough with good food. well cleaned and spacious

Very neat and tidy room and washroom! It was really good! ❣️The staff was also well behaved and everything was functioning well.

The hotel stay was nice, staff is cooperative n well mannered According to rate, there must be basic amenities of washroom, also there was sm smell coming frm bedsheet, blanket nd pillow even aftr they look fresh otherwise good experience.

Hospitality was amazing, all the staff were very active they quickly respond to my need,also all the accessories and equipment in the room were tidy ,neat and clean and more importantly were in working condition.The only thing I din't like was the food although the meal use to be served on time but there was the lack of quality and quantity as per the cost and sometimes what happened is that "I ordered something and received something else.Apart from food all the things were pretty good.

Overall Very good experience, it is very conveniently situated for my work at the raisen road. Property is new and rooms and services are upto the mark. Definitely recommend for someone with family or otherwise individual stay also.

After check in ,i have been shifted to three different rooms within a span of 30 minutes because of non conformity of basic cleanliness. Response with respect to complain was very lax due to which my overall experience was not good at all.

everything was perfect just some cons' like they don't provide complementary water bottle uh have to buy one!! towels were not that clean but to be honest the cleanliness in the room to the amenities is top notch..! the ambience ❤️ Great tho!!

I booked the hotel because of its proximity to my exam centre. It was priced higher than the others nearby so i assumed it would be better. But i was wrong. When asked for water, the staff handed us *refilled* mineral water bottles. They did not inform us that it was not packaged water, which was a bit deceptive to be honest. The room was clean; however there were no towels in the room. When asked to bring some, they sent only one even though there were two guests in the room. There is no outside food allowed and the kitchen opens at around 7:30 am. There is no kettle in the room, and there are no other food stalls nearby. So even getting a cup of tea before my exam was a bit of a hassle. Overall i think i could have booked a better hotel for a lower price had i not been blindly prioritising location.

The rooms were clean, but the receptionist was very rude and had no courteousness .the room service had no food, and the breakfast was sad with only two choices. no lunch available, too.the security guard was found doing all the miscellaneous job . when we checked in at 00 hours the receptionist was found playing games and did not care for the guests. Not advisable to stay in this hotel

Location of the hotel, Room service,facilities like( light ,wifi,lift and etc.)cleanliness of the room , washrooms, and last but not the least food quality is Good . Overall stay at pallette hotel ,bhopal is Good and satisfactory.

Clean & tidy property, got it at right price at the last moment. Hospitality was good, staff was respectful and kind.

There was no breakfast. Also the staff argued. They took money for breakfast but no refund. Cook was not available. He said only after 8 am i can give something to eat. No where it is written in itenary
