Is hotel me sab sahi hai lekin kisi bhi jarurat wala saman ya foodie ka koyi bewastha n hi h aur staff bhi n hi sunta hai ja kar reception pe 5-6 bar bolne pe ate hai n hi to denaie kar jate h. Saffai n hi hai

Non cooperative reception staff, no cleaning in time. No room keys were given, one of the customers had to wait for 1 hr for keys

Hotel lacks professionalism and condition of room was not good so we have to change the room post request. Services were also not good like availablity of basic amenities in the room.

Staff (madam) behaviour when we check in is not at all good wash room are not clean room is neat clean the person on night duty at reception is very nice

Receptionist and whole staff not listings anything properly. Bathroom are very dirty and tap was also broken

This was a new property, they were not having towels also, were not having toiletries, checked out from there without taking a shower. My package was with breakfast. I got one cup of tea and 4 bread slice. This was horrible experience

It was my worst experience ever. The hotel staff was very rude, very uncooperative there were no amenities available even basic requirement like toilet paper was not provided to us. We asked for housekeeping twice but were denied. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

When i checked into the room, the washroom was not cleaned. After reporting it to the hotel, it was not cleaned even after 4 hours of reporting. No dustbin, telephone broken.
