Terrible Stay
Not a good hotel. Unhygienic. No kitchen as you’ll not get any food or tea or coffee. They take money for breakfast but didn’t provide you the appropriate breakfast. Useless hotel and stay.

Terrible Stay
So, first thing is the room was not clean, there were stains everywhere and the shower was not working, it was dripping from the room, I was not given water my whole stay. reception was not rude I would say but also not very welcoming, there were bugs in the room including ants, and lastly a strange object was just dumped in the corner of the washroom

Terrible- Staff fighted with us and taken Extra Money 1180 ₹
Palm Staff taken extra money 1180₹ for complementary services even they didn’t inform prior about complementary services are charges. Everywhere complementary things are u chargeable, so I believe they should have to inform us prior about them. Palm staff are fighting us at check out time for extra money. I believe that’s not fare at anyhow???

Everything was good..but room was not cleaned at the time of check in..the cleaned that time only..but it should be cleaned before check in.other wise it was a good experience as a solo traveller

Services are good, staffing are very nice behavior , room are very nice but glass not available in the room, and bathroom gizur check before starting the shawer , bcz they are stop .. Otherwise all thing is nice...... Kitchen start after 8 am so you will take your fisrt tea of the day after 8 am...

Good Customer Service
Booked for a single night as this property was walkable distance from my office. Had a pleasant stay. Even though the room was not designed for business purposes, they provided me with an extra chair. Well disciplined staffs and I would rate 5 stars for customer service.
