Cordial and warm stay

What I liked about hotel is their room and room service. The room was spacious and clean. I did not expect such a large room . There were no undue restrictions like when you stay in 5-Stars. If you make reasonable requests most likely they will grant it. It's easy stay no stringent discipline. I liked the stay.
In the gate itself my temperature was checked.

Everything was good. Rooms and toilets were clean and hygienic. All the necessary amenities were present in the room. The aura of the place was good. But the food of the hotel was pathetic and extremely over priced

The staff of the Hotel is courteous and polite, I got A early check-in thanks to the receptionist at the Hotel. The washroom in the Hotel can be cleaner, and the rooms could also be.

It was a temporary stay for catching flight from t3. There was loud music blowing from restaurant in the hotel for the entire night. So we couldn’t sleep for a minute.

Some of the rooms have water leaking into it during rains. And the club is right above the rooms so there is that. But overall service is good and the staff are friendly.

Not worth the money spent

The room was not clean (bed was made but the floor was quite dirty) when we checked in, there were no toiletries and towels, the kettle was not clean, we had to call the staff again and again on discovering these things. There was no tea bag in the tea/coffee kit placed. Though the staff was quite cooperative but it's definitely not worth as per the money spent. I mean if after paying this much also if you don't get the room ready after having a tiring day! The location pinned on Google shows the back gate which is quite difficult to reach for a first time visitor in Delhi even with GPS.

It wasn't very clean specially washroom was in too bad condition. Kitchen was not functional at the time of my visit. Cable was also not there properly. But internet connection was awesome. Staff behavior was also very nice.
