Paloma backwaters had a wonderful stay with my family ! the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The resort's ambience is serene and inviting, perfect for relaxation. The scenic surroundings add to the charm, making it an ideal getaway. Kids can enjoy fishing, swimming pool and other indoor games. Highly recommend"

It was a delightful experience. The resort is situated in a breathtaking location, surrounded by serene backwaters offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The food at the resort was great, the restaurant menu had limited choices. They also offer a free shikara ride in the evening. The resort also provides with cab services for sightseeing or travelling.

I loved a stay at paloma backwater resorts. A professional and timely approach of staff makes me so happy. Also, cleanliness makes me so comfortable. I preferred to stay once again, and a small suggestion about pool that content of chlorine makes me some discomfort. If it cleared i will me more happy.

It is a beautiful property located in the most beautiful area around the backwaters. Staff is awesome. Food is excellent. Activities they offer both complementary and paid are fun. Just book it.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Good location but food not good for pure vegetarians, view is good. We enjoyed alot. But activity room for kids is under maintenance. Kids wanted to go their. Lake view rooms are best with balcony.

If you are going to allappuzha and want to stay at backwaters then this is the best place for you to stay as the resort offers all kinds of activities along-with a 1 hour complimentary boat ride. The resort is absolutely amazing and you would love it.

I stayed in a premium lake view room and the view was too good. Keep in mind that the location is like 10kms away from the main bus stop but we do get autos easily and the auto drivers were very kind. We only had lunch once in the resort and were not satisfied with the quality. Some spoons on the table were not even cleaned. Breakfast options and taste was fine.

It was a good resort with good location facing backwaters. Staff was cordial and helpful. They provide some complimentary activities like shikara ride for one hour, fishing and cycling which added thrill to the trip.

The best part of the resort is its location. Situated amid-st backwaters this resort is a perfect place to de stress. The staff here are very hospitable and we experienced a complimentary shikara ride as well. The property is very well maintained and our premium cottages were very spacious with private balcony and lake view. Just had a wonderful experience.

Location, room, staff and facilities are great. I would recommend this place to anyone who would want to visit alappuzha. Food could be a little better.

We had a fantastic stay at paloma backwaters resort. The staff were very helpful and polite in behaviour. Though they have limited buffet but food was great. We had little issue with the room but the resort manager has changed our room as per our package. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing. Had a comfortable stay at the resort. I highly recommend paloma backwaters without a second thought.
