Review Of Panchgani Cottages | Rooms & Caretaker

The rooms were quite good and spacious, washroom were very clean and tidy. There is greenary all around the cottages. But the only problem we faced is with the A/C IN in the room. The a/c were not working. Even after complaining the ac did not work. The stay was good. The rooms were spacious, washrooma were clean and tidy. The caretaker was polite. But the only problem we faced is the air conditioning. The A/C are not working properly, even after complaining the problem still continued.

It’s was a great experience the host & caretaker was really very helpful whenever we want to explore the city by helping us arrange cab. Tea /food serve was amazing they will make homemade food as per your request / Property was clean and in good condition

I have opted for luxury room with breakfast for 3 occupants. I been offered only 1 egg omlette and 4 slices of bread and tea per person which is laughable as compared to other hotels who are offering variety of the breakfast items at this price. When i enquired about this the caretaker offered me additional 1 veg snack. Moreover he was telling me, i have to inform him in previous night w. R. T. Free breakfast. This is very much not expected from property where i paid rs. 4949- per night charges. It's better property discloses what items they will be serving as free breakfast so that one can take informed decision to choose this property for stay or not.

Bathroom was uncleaned and very dirty, room was stinking as it was next to the pet house.. Food and service provided by host was good and he was kind.. Owner should take some interest in hygiene factor as well.

The hotel is located at around 1 kms from the panchgani market. It's a walkable distance with great view of hills on the side. Most of the view points and tourist attractions are more than 10kmd away from the property location. It's a great choice if you are planning a short stay and want to have a relaxing holiday.

Location is prime just few meters from panchgani market, breakfast offers was tasty although they offer limited items in breakfast like up-ma pohhe and eggs related recipes. Rooms were clean and hygienic, i would definietly recommend a stay here

The rooms are elegantly decorated. The caretaker is very polite and helpful. Needs a lot of improvement in the food, outside amenities and facilities. The cottages are really some blocks built in the area remaining after host usage. The hosts do not have much regard to vistors' peaceful nights. They keep drivings cars in and out of property, chat and make other noises even after 10pm. The hosts visited me with a hound to address my complaints at the check out time. They addressed my concerns properly.

Property is easy to find on panchgani main road. Rooms were sanitized and cleaned. Prmod kaka and sameera ma'am are good care taker. Extra small bed comes as a boon for a family with kid. Overall a very nice stay for a family or friend group

We had a great time. The place is located a couple of minutes drive from the centre of panchgani. It was very peaceful, with lots of greenery and birds. The staff was very helpful. A special mention has to be made of the food, which was very tasty.

It was a family trip for 3 days and overall experience was amazing. The hospitality by both arshad and sameer (owners) was quite impressive. Each guest were personally taken care of. The food was super tasty. I would also like to extend my gratitude to mr. Santosh (care taker) and his wife who were very cooperative and catered to all our requirements. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked and served. Over all i am very happy with the experience.

Will look forward to our next trip to panchgani and staying at the property very soon.

Arshad and his family were great hosts! The place is a unique combination of peaceful location inspite of being close to market place! We'd rate the hospitality 10/10! Breakfast served was scrumptious. Since we visited in mid November, I really appreciate the warm water in the taps 24/7. Some in-house facilities are hot water kettle, fridge, TV, AC and an extra bed. Rooms were cleaned and sanitized everyday according to our convenience. The new House-keeper was still settling in, so we missed having home-cooked dinner at the cottage. Nevertheless, the hotels around do deliver here, both, veg and non-veg! Most tourist spots are within one hour drive from the place! Overall a satisfying experience!

I prefer staying here than any other location Around. Clean n tidy. Decent ambience. Good location.
