There is no lift. Lot of power cuts, there was no ac for most of the time we had booked for gondola ride so we had to leave early becoz of powercut no hot water for bath

Room was amazing, nothing wrong about it but the water in the bathroom don't no why was dirty and yellowish on that particular day although we didn't complain about it. Else was fine staff was great.

Good property, excellent staff. Delicious breakfast served by very attentive food managers. Overall management most professional. Feel happy to be their guest.

The most important thing was the hospitality like how they welcomed us, the room was also good and clean. The food was a little bit expensive, otherwise our overall experience was good with the staff.
