Review Of Panna Resort Maldevta

They had nothing in the kitchen to order, it was really terrible.

Experience was very bad, no facilities was provided...location was so far from market that we couldn't get food, and the chef was not available, we booked for 2 days but lived there just 1 day because of the unavailability of every necessary things and host and didn't get the refund also for 1 day.

I booked this third class hospitality place for weekend outing with my wife. Below are the list of items I would like to shed some light upon. 1) Resort should specify it is in remote area one should bring 4*4 sedans or hatchbacks would get affected by the road which is completely broken for 3 KMs. Way to reach hotel was nothing less than a nightmare 2) Hospitality - 0 out of 10 there is no intercom in rooms no one cares what is happening with staff if they need any assistance no mobile signals in the area staff who gives you the phone number they don't even pick your phone calls timely to services. Even the hotel manager 0 out of 10 for your services 3) Food quality - If you are staying there you will cut yourself from world no other place to eat they take benefit of it. Extremely expensive food still person orders quality and taste is a way below the street grade vendors. Worst in this industry. 0 out of 10 for your food quality taste and prices 4) Staff behaviour - Staff doesn't answer phone calls. Even you have to carry your luggage to your car in case of they feel pitty on you they shamefully comes and helps 5) Rooms and Sanity - Worst rooms no TV working even after multiple reminders no one came to fix it. No dustbin you need to carry everything on your own for these. Bathroom was smelling toilet seat had too many spots of used by multiple customers no one cleaned that since an age. Bathroom smells 0 out of 10 for sanity Over-all worst place location, ambience, low quality food, staff behaviour and services I rate is place a complete horror Not safe for family Don't go and waste your time. 0 out of 10 Worst

Panna resort maldevta is a very nice place to relax and chill…the property is very well maintained and clean…the rooms are really nice and the staff is really cooperative and welcoming…..the food is very good and is cooked and served fresh!….everyone can expect a really comfortable and soothing stay at panna resort!…thank you for the great hospitality…kudos to everyone at panna!

It was a very amazing experience with mesmerising range of dhauladhar. Staff is very cooperative and food was very tasty. You will also find a good off-road experience while travel-ling to this beautiful resort.
