Review Of Paradise Homestay

I want my money back for this booking. Y day night i went around 8pm and there is no one at the property. Tried knocking the door and no response. Made 10+ calls no response. Without knowing what to do, i had to take a cab and get back to relatives home at the other end of kochi. Worst experience from make my trip. I called this stay prior day and informed about me coming around 7-8 pm and they said it is all good. Sadly it is not. Property from outside looked good but didn’t get an opportunity to stay because of their superb management and staff.

They showed great deal/offer and checkout time 4pm in makemytrip, and seeing the offer i booked the room. When i reached the property, dey told me checkout time will be 11am! after that the security told us to leave by 2pm and den again dey came up and informed to checkout at 1pm. Not impressed in the service. It was mentioned ac standard room but there was no wifi and tv

Average stay in the hotel, tv was not provided in standard room, no solution provided from the make my trip customer care regarding the issue. Already typed 30 characters and eligible for 7 % discount. Average customer care service of make my trip during my stay even after complaining in which i am not happy. No support provided for the customer

While booking the room, it showed amenties including air conditioning at comparatively cheaper rates, but once booked, the booking confirmation showed it as " standard double room non" there was no refund available for cancellation. Once we reached the property, the staff told me that the room reserved for me was not cleaned by the house keeping personnel, who had already left for the day. So, the staff arranged the dormitory upstairs for us, which was not very clean and tidy. And at night, it was really hot.

Property care taker was not there at the time of arrival i have waited over 1 hr to check in, in the heavy rain the room was not clean, and there were no atv provided the location of the property is romte, and difficult to reach

Property was located a little inside main road. Room was small. It's peaceful though but little far from city. Staff assistance was good, they helped us in the transportation

I am satisfied with the stay and service but there was problem with mosquitoes, TV channels not working properly, little congested room.

Location was good, facilities was ok. Bedsheets and floor mats were not clean/with stains. Food service was average as there was no kitchen services for lunch and dinner. Overall good stay for families.

Paradise Homestay a nice place to stay. Neat and clean room. Every thing is arranged well.

Everything was good. It was a good stay. I would like to recommend this property.
