Safe hotel to bring your family and kids. Open parking lot is available. In house restaurant is there. Front office and staff are helpful.
Lighting should be taken care of.

Great experience. Staff behaviour nice. Location great. Did not take food and hence cannot give comments on food. It is value for money for staying at Hotel Paradise, Jorhat. MMT booking experience very satisfying

Not retained its old glory

Once upon a time, Paradise Hotel was the best hotel in Jorhat Town. I have stayed here on more than 3 times earlier. Unfortunately now it is not what it used to be. What I liked, professional and friendly reception, quality of food, size of rooms. What I did not like limited choice of food in breakfast, yellow colour water in the bathroom, lack of maintenance of the rooms and bathroom, window AC in the rooms, general cleanliness.

Given a single room, it was spacious and cozy with windows and natural light. I would suggest them to change the towels and blankets in the cupboard.

Hotel was good like a home style, staff was good behavior, but food was so costly and room curtains are very light color it should be deep color and blanket should be change.

Well, there is a smell when you enter in the room. The food is good and reasonably priced. The maintenance of the room is desired to be maintained.

Food quality was poor comparing to its price. Location is the plus point.
Comparing to the price or rent of the room amenities was good. It would be mire better if at least hot water avails in the bathroom.
