The toilet is not properly maintained

the room size is very very small. The mug in the washroom was broken

Room was ok but the hotel itself had some black mould in the alley which they started to fix in the middle of the day and the hotel room balcony was filled with plaster particles also there is hygiene issues , there is no dustbin and they just throw everything on the stairs to basement. Definitely need to make place hygienic.

Worst Hotel ever, Rooms are very small and Washroom is like a match box, No windows will feel trapped. Also no breakfast was provided even though it was mentioned as complimentry.

The staff and the owner was very helpful... it felt like I was at home. The staff made sure about each and everything. And the owner he’s very down to earth and welcoming. Will 101% refer this to frns and family and will visit again.

location wise it is good near the Golden Temple. However,I have booked a deluxe suit for 3 people with three beds. However, we were given a couple room only. The owner told that there is some issue with the booking software and it has booked two double bed rooms which we don't need as we need a separate bed for the child. They asked me to take the double room and promised for a refund during checkout. Later they said that they cannot refund as this is a prepaid booking. rooms are also very very small and difficult to stand outside the bed. they don't have any kitchen. we booked a breakfast which came after a long wait from a nearby kitchen. I will definitely not revisit this hotel in future and don't recommend others as well.

It was a good experience but please check with them in which of their property they will plan ur stay as they have multiple properties near golden temple. Exeperince could have been much better in the amount of price charged.

They provided a room for freshen up after arguing for 30mnts. They had kettles still didn't provided. Drinking water is also not provided. we paid for our water. our blanket was found in cupboard which seem like it was already uswd by someone. very bad experience. could have found better room near golden temple with cheaper rate

Very dusty room i asked the change my room He said We are dusting the room and very bad condition towel bed sheet and pillow cover is very very bad Water bottle charges is extra Rs 20/- very bad experience. Thanks

The property owner called me and said the room AC is not working i will be shifting you my second property and that is hotel GS paradise and that hotel room’s condition is very bed i will never recommend this hotel for stay
