They have not Proper North Indian food . The staff is not professional. Food quality is also not good .

Spacious, clean rooms with modern amenities, Good quality food and breakfast options. Convenient location for travelers heading to Sriperumbudur or Oragadam

Perfect location, clean rooms, were ready to be flexible with checkout timings as I had checked in late. Overall very good experience.

I am a regular to Paramount inn. I goto Track days in Madras International Circuit and this is very convenient for me. They have private parking which I really care about. They have a good restaurant. Rooms are clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, a few areas need significant improvement. The food quality was good, and i enjoyed the meals. However, the variety was quite limited, which could be disappointing for those staying longer or looking for more diverse options. Unfortunately, the room condition did not meet expectations. The cleanliness and upkeep could use more attention, as it felt below standard for the price point. Additionally, the hotel seems to have limited staff, which impacted the overall service experience. While the staff were polite and tried their best, the shortage was noticeable in terms of response time and efficiency.

Room was ok, but services were not up to the mark. During water of 1/2 ltr was provided and anything extra was charged. Breakfast menu was limited and low sugar and carb was not part of the menu.

5 excellent staff /cleanliness/ excellent food quality

Very bad experience. Not for worth money u pay. Only thing was room size is big. Apart from that nothing else. Very bad maintenance of rooms. Stinking smell. Not properly cleaned. Felt the hotel is running mainly depending on the bar and they don't take proper care of anything else. Choose this hotel as i heard it was very good in earlier days but could not relate anything so.

Good location. Untrained staff, lift not working. Room average (i compare all this with the vedic resort - same tariff.

Very rude behaviour from staff

Excellent service by the staff. Everyone are very friendly right from security, reception, room service boy. Food served here is one of best and sumptuous. Would highly recommend if you prefer staying near sriperumbudur. I have been visiting here since last 5 years.

Room not ready available on time, no value for money facility such property to be properly checked before going for tie up

They didn't provide any room and stated all were occupied. They transferred us to the next hotel on the same booking and that was pathetic experience ever had. Unhygienic room, pathetic ac no staff available. Something like staying in a cave and suffocated for the whole day

The experience of my stay in paramount inn was a very good stay and they treated me in a gentle and good manner and the hospitality and interaction by the employees was very well and i had enjoyed the stay a lot thank you. Done.

The process of booking a hotel is very smooth in mmt app and also we get an update, reminder, invoice on whatsapp which is very convenient. Also prices are very nominal compared to the hotel or any other travel app. The hotel hygiene factor and ratings mentioned was also up to the expectation. Good job team mmt.

Foul smell in the bathroom and room full of mosquitoes

There was a foul smell in the bathroom and water from the basin. They were carrying out repairs in the kitchen at 2am at night disturbing my sleep, inspite of calls to the reception.

In this vicinity, i guess this is the only hotel which has good standard of room, food, customer support, staff etc. Rooms are very clean and regularly maintained hygiene. Best person to meet there mr. Linconn, who is very funny, attentive and supportive receptionist. Best part is this hotel serves you best north indian food. So. Must stay for north indians for the comfort.

This is the second time we stayed here. The experience was as good as the first time.
