I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The food was outstanding, and there was ample parking available. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I have been staying at this hotel everytime I visit Aluva and Paravur, the hotel rate is on the higher side. It's just 30 minutes from Kochi International Airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Food is just OK and not value for money. But there are a few good restaurants around the town.

Good rooms, clean, and located in a not too crowded place. No view from the rooms, but did not matter much. Overall I would select it again on a future visit.

The manager, owner and staff was really cooperative. On the day of our checklist, public transport was on strike, we were really in stress but they gave us a room to stay till the strike time gets over even after we checked out without charging anything from us. They were really very kind. The food is also really awesome, specially the breakfast. It's totally value for money. Strongly recommended. Do stay. Rooms are superb. Cleanliness superb. Bathroom is superb. Everything 10 on 10.

It's a pleasure to have the hotel at north paravur. Everything is well and good. The manager, staff are very good and adjustable. Customer friendly. Lovely atmosphere. Nice hotel to stay, it's a pleasure to me. Am very happy to stay at Galaxy.

The rooms were clean, AC very effective. The only issue I had was with the extreme delay in serving food .. Though the food was fresh, it was cold .. Always .. I may never eat there again .. I might stay though

The hotel location is good. The hotel is in a calm and quite atmosphere. The staff were polite and pleasing. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel. The food served was delicious. They allowed me late check-out.

Hotel Galaxy is easily the best hotel in Parur. Its food and beverages services are very well managed. They offer clean rooms and the room service is really good. Front desk staff are reasonable but can be more friendly. Also, would need a couple of more bilingual staff for easy communication. Overall the hotel is a good choice.

Positives - nice room, good location.. Other sides- for the first time in my MMT experience, the hotel asked us for extra money.. They told us that the amount we paid through MMT is not enough for the room & the extra amount had to be paid.. We contacted MMT online number & made it clear.. Even after that, it was difficult to convince him.. Food was just average.. Buffet breakfast didn't have much options..

Decent Hotel. Price is very reasonable. Good Cleanliness, Good Ambience, clean & hygienic rooms. However the downside is limited options in breakfast. Still Highly recommended by me. Worth Staying. Rooms were very good. However needs to improve service.

Poor Stay

There was an issue with the booking. I accidentally booked and paid for monday twice on two separate bookings. However i went to the hotel on sun-day 7th but did not pay the hotel as i paid you twice for monday twice. So it’s payment neutral. The hotel wanted me to cancel the monday booking for one but i couldn’t do that. Can you help me?

Experience at paravoor

stay was good, but the reception staff lack of English knowledge and experience to deal with visitors is far from satisfaction.
we were 3 adults, and 1 child, but they provided only 1 extra bed, and even there was no enough space for another bed, plus the quality of mattress for extra bed was too bad and the steel cot also very weak.

Wouldn't like to visit again.

Stayed with wife and adult son overnight. Extra bed was uncomfortable. AC developed problems. Plumbing being below par the flushing of toilet was problematic. Uneven parking which had to be shared with bar Customers since the parking is next to the bar. No bell boys. Bad breakfast buffet with no choice despite not being free.

Hi team. Room facilities is good but restaurant seems very very bad . billed Rate of food different from rate which mentioned in room tariff list. Huge Delay found supply of morning breakfast.

It's a verst hotel in terms of service. If I start writing I need to write a essay. That much poor. Dear travellers. Don't ever dare to stay in that hotel. No staff in the hotel. No room service. No proper housekeeping. None of the phone number are not working.

It's was not OK. Entrance was very shady it's very inside also no good service no good ambiance, no good food only the rooms were good. No good view from room. Staff was not that good not helpful, nothing was nearby the hotel.
