The hotel staff along with all services were great. Food was expensive compare to quality and quantity but the service was super fine and prompt. The rates of the hotel were much affordable compared to others. Will fully recommend for a pleasant stay.

Even though, the place was a bit conjusted and parking facility is not so great, overall standard of the hotel is satisfactory. The made ensured my room was immaculate an a daily basis and reception staff was very friendly and also extremely helpful as compare to other hotels they provide all the facility in affordable budget.
Standard of the hotel is satisfactory. Hotel is situated at proper place.

Excellent location, easy to find a nice hotel with friendly staff and a good Restaurant. Lovely large room with comfortable bed, Well kept and proper clean bathroom, Tea/coffee making facilities in room. I will book again on my next visit to Silchar. "A cosy, Comfortable place worth the money.

Rooms are well furnished, neat, washrooms are not too big. Staff are well behaved, restaurant is small but very much clean and well decorated. Food cost is too high, complimentary breakfast is available with limited menus. Stay for official purpose is satisfactorily.

Location of the hotel is good, staff is very helpful, for a budget hotel it is very good, how ever cooking could be better.

This hotel is value for money, it's not 2 star, 3star or 5star but provide required services ... In general don't expect much from this or any hotel in Silchar But they are able to take care whatever minimum is required. I am happy with staff's approach and service.

Silchar has very few options when it comes to hotel. This is a good budget property. With nice staff and big rooms. Cleanliness is good. Overall, good stay. Recommended. Although, old property but with few options in Silchar this is OK. Andho mein kana raja types.

Good in all respect. I found this hotel is at very good location and any new person could find it easily. Transportation facilities from this is hotel is convenient. And one thing the food that breakfast and dinner is somewhat good.

They didn't provide attached bathroom whereas less than that price, I stayed with attached bathroom.
It was too small to stay in in term of budget as well.

The rooms are not properly designed as well as the sanitation is too poor. However the staff are unable to understand languages ... & Their reply is too funny and awkward .. Crowd in the corridor feels railway station .. Ultimately need some proper steps to recover these kind of problems. The executive rooms like a ordinery room .. In short LOL services are there . But the food services are not too bad ... Its quite OK ..

The entrance to the hotel is a bit awkward. There is no balcony or great view. The climb to the third floor was somewhat embarrassing at times as staff take food on the stairs. A few services like food took a little over desirable time. But otherwise everything was nice, prompt service in general.

Apart from the entrance. I found the hotel good. The room is spacious and bright. Should do something about the entrance. The washroom was clean and toiletries were present. Food in the restaurant was good but was bit heavy on the pockets. Overall satisfaction is good.

Room are clean, service are good but as a resturent they include extra 100% in every thing like water bottle, biscut, cana. Toothpaste, brash and room service. So friends. I want to tell you that you stay in this hotel single or double but don't buy anything from there service boy. And also you can buy food or water bottle biscut from outside the hotel.

Room was nice, clean. No AC. Lot of suffocation as no proper ventilation was provided. Restaurant was costly. Benefit only Provides cheap stay. Room service was quite good. TV was not working. No hot water. Not preferred for summer as it was heating a lot

Need to improve room service, need to improve room cleanliness, location is very good. Need to ask for night dinner before closing restaurant. Overall, rating is average, Room is excellent.

Everything is fine but there is a water supply problem. Water is not there in bathroom. I have to call reception all the time to give water supply and they hosed to give by Bucket. Really Ihave not seen such type of activities in any hotel so far. Apart from this complimentary breakfast is finished when customer comes before 9 am. What is this customer used to come out from room for all day directly to office.

Water got finished in mid night and they can't manage it also. Poor service demonstration. Management telling that they are helpless. Morning around 6 o'clock room service has intimated the availability of water. Room was also not clean.

I was expecting AC room but I got non-AC room. Good cleanliness, food service needs to be improved and complimentary breakfast needs to be improved. Last order for food was at 9:30 which needs to be extended.
