Not Meets Standard to it’s Prize
Location from temple does not suit as is far away. It was a very expensive stay for us. The staff at reception is not helping the guests or they do not have power to take small decisions.

Worst hotel experience in Ayodhya
Worst experience of a hotel stay. Inspite of reaching the hotel at 4pm, 2 hrs after checkin time, we were not given our rooms until 5pm. That too after a lot of arguments and frayed tempers. The checkin staff Mr. Aman was not helpful at all and was rude. We were also told that since booking was made through MakeMyTrip the hotel was not responsible and we should ask MMT. The hotel manager Mr. Ravi Singh offered us complimentary tea, coffee and snacks to pacify us but the coffee shop staff refused to provide the same when we ordered. Furthermore the hotel claims to be a 4star but has no pool or gym. Worst example of customer service. All this after paying more than 12,000/per night in a town like Ayodhya. We would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it at all.

This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I regret the frustration it caused you. I am equally troubled to hear about the interaction with our front desk staff, particularly Mr. Aman, and the confusion regarding your booking through MakeMyTrip. Please be assured that we are addressing this issue with the concerned team to ensure better coordination and professionalism in the future. We are also sorry for the miscommunication regarding the complimentary refreshments offered by our manager, Mr. Ravi Singh. Such inconsistencies are unacceptable, and we are investigating the matter thoroughly to avoid recurrence regards Ravendra kumar .

Thumps up to the service as it was very good and worth mentioning .
The hotel was one of the best in that area but with all the best facilities. I somehow didn’t like the location of the hotel . Otherwise the hotel gave a memorable experience

Terrible Stay
I was forgotten my Apple Airbud in the room. After checkout, within 10 minutes I was called to the recipient's to check my room and secure my device. He said I am going to check and after few minutes I was again call to asking for update. No one is picking my call. By next day i was ask my friend to visit hotel and ask about the device. He was go to the hotel but no one is taking responsibility for that. Just saying. We don't got any apple device in the room. That's it.

Not worth it!!
One of the worst hotels in Ayodhya!! They do not care if you are sleeping or awake & will call you any time to have buffet which is to be paid by you!! You would hear drilling sound from morning to afternoon!! They are not maintaining Radission Standards!! If you ask them to give the already paid breakfast to your room if someone in unwell, they will not do that as well!! Avoid this hotel if you can!!

terrible experience not recommended for stay with family or alone
Staff illiteracy level beyond level 8.20am there is drilling work happening & after 4-times call for complaint but no resolution feel they also helpless

Travelled with my parents and kids. Had a wonderful experience. Their hospitality, welcome, room service and quality and above all food quality in their restaurant have been top notch. Only 1 negative - their in house cab service is exorbitant. Overall a very nice family stay. 5 star
