it was good experience at park land Durgapur. I booked super deluxe room ambience was good had every amenities and well decor but according to super deluxe room was not much spacious and also they had maintained better hygiene than previous my previous stay. staff were good even they allowed me for early checking. That's the good thing, one think i would like add that the Ac in the room was generating lots of noise and food were also good at affordable price.

Location was good staff behavior- very good room quality- avarage room facilities- good bathroom condition - below avarage food was good but price is little higher toiletries was provided but no newspaper, tea/coffee kit, water bottle provided that was really disappointed

Staff was courteous. Food was good. Room was clean. Hot water water kettle was not working he replaced it another one quickly. Overall a nice experience

Rooms are not properly cleaned and the room service is very poor as had to wait for 2 hrs to get two cups of coffee

Very poor stay. Very poor hotel and i don't recommend anyone to stay. Poor bed & bathroom, no maintenance, very unhygienic. Very poor food & poor staff response. Giving 1 as i don't have the option to give anything below that.

Very delayed check in. Very early checkout. Room service was very poor. Previously it used be best. But nowadays they are bad. Overall i'm disappointed. Wish could have the old parkland.
