Review Of Park Regency

The manager's behaviour was not good.we stayed many times in the same hotel but that time he refused to accept our booking

very good location, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, food is spicy, service is slow in breakfast, food was fresh, staff is curt and helpful.

Ambience not up to level, Ac was not working properly, inside room refrigerator was not working at all

The food quality was not good.Room service is Good,need to improve and give the best to the customer

Poor experience very dirty and horrible place including restaurant food items too lift area rooms too smelly but staff behaviour is good

Room is average

Misleading room photographs along with missing basic amenities like kettle, cups, towels in the room. All of it had to be requested. The appliances in the rooms are not working including the faulty water geyser and exhaust fans. The staff present at the hotel is co-operative but do not understand basic hospitality.

Not applicable as we requested for early check out. Overall experience was good for refund activity.

Hotel location is good. But the room and washroom is not upto the mark.

Very dirty room, all furniture needs maintenence, but they changed room on request, not worth the money

Pathetic hotel. Rooms shown in pics are different and actual rooms are third quality. Very bad service. Staff does not listen anything at all. These type of hotels shouldn't be listed on mmt.

hotel is well located nicely cleaned, staff well behaved, and food was also very testy. we enjoyed stay. we will like to stay here whenever plan to visit again.👍👍.

Great location, a bit overpriced.. on the main road, with access to nearby marketplaces at walking distance. Transport modes also available easily.

Location is very good in the main market area. Food is average. Ameneties are not worth in respect of money. Services are good.

Pathetic rooms not like what u see in the images they try to take more money in the name of room upgrade

It was an great stay. The staff was polite and helpful with all the things that we required. And the price are reasonable too

Food was not tasty and not good to eat. Washroom are dirty and unhygenic. Amenities are poor. Alot of dirts are present in almirah, chair, table and even over intercom. No value for money.
