I had a very comfortable stay at park residency arcadia. The rooms were clean, all amenities were provided, and the customer service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, i was completely satisfied with my experience.

location very good. abt 20 minutes away from kochi airport and 10 minutes away from metro station. new construct property with good facility. five star rating mainly for front desk officer, for such warm welcome. also keep our luggage after check out, as we have late evening flight. all good 👍🎊

Hotel stay was worth the price. Very clean and comfortable rooms, staff is very friendly and nice. Service is very prompt. Must visit the hotel if you want a stay close to cochin airport.

Amazing periyar view

I have done the booking through makemytrip. This hotel is located at heart of the periyar and 12 minutes near to airport. Rooms are very clean and all amenities placed in the room including filter water and bathroom accessories. Staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. From the door and parking utself security chettan is very polite and helpful. He is very responsible and respective staff like 5 star hotel in dubai where i am working. Reception staff is very pleasant and experienced staff providing unforgettable memories. Malayalees restaurant services staff and kitchen staff is very good to presentable and asking about taste of the food which is served. I felt that kind of high guest values are maintaining by management. Operations manager nikhil is very professional and detailed queries about the experience. Housekeeping services are great and valuable. Staff is maintaining hygiene standards like international hotel. Great to visit again and recommend to my friends and families.

Great property with clean room & washroom. The location is amazing with a periyar river view from the room. The river is just 150 ms from the property. Staff is also very helpful and polite.
