The quality of room was good. The staff were also very polite and well behaved. The stay was comfortable and chuck in was hassle free. Would definitely book this hotel next time i visit durgapur. Only con was there was no mirror in room. There was one in bathroom.

Park Suites is located a little interior but otherwise, it is a great hotel. The staff is awesome and cooperative. The room was nice and safety and cleanliness were top notch. It was a value for money stay.

Hotel room size is good, need more care of their walls as the wallpaper was coming out from wall, bathroom are neat and clean, no comments about food as we don't have it from the property, chackna was nice overall we are happy with this property

The stay was really comfortable. For a deluxe room, it was pretty big with almost all the amenities. The bathroom was neat and hygienic but it only lacked the toiletries. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I will suggest to stay in park suite hotel while visiting durgapur with family. I stayed there 16/8 to 19/08/2023 and received good hospitality and good behaviour from all staff.
