Once we reached there we were told at reception that they did not have any booking from mmt. Then they said maybe there is a booking but they dont have idea as hotel has been recently bought by them. When we escalated the issue to mmt they offered us room where staff stays on the 4th floor with no lift, mmt customer care people were very responsive nd they cancel-led the booking nd re-booked us at alternate hotel at no extra cost. Had there been a provision of negative rating would hv given it. Unprofessional to the core
