Terrible. No facility. Roof behaviour of staff. No soap, towel provided. No room service. Room was terrible. Very low quality bed. should cancel the registration.

Once we reached there we were told at reception that they did not have any booking from mmt. Then they said maybe there is a booking but they dont have idea as hotel has been recently bought by them. When we escalated the issue to mmt they offered us room where staff stays on the 4th floor with no lift, mmt customer care people were very responsive nd they cancel-led the booking nd re-booked us at alternate hotel at no extra cost. Had there been a provision of negative rating would hv given it. Unprofessional to the core

The rooms were clean. It's walking distance from golden temple and jaliya wala bagh. I loved the old city area. They have big parking area although i would recommend to not come here with car as the streets are very narrow.

Staff and management were friendly and helpful in arranging cab services, other facilities but make my trip amenities was wrongly mentioned as lift and geysers are available. Initially room was allocated in third floor which was looking good but due to trouble climbing up they arranged it on the first floor which was terrible and the washroom was repaired later. Hotel management promised spacious car and provided compact car and trip was delayed by two hours

Locations and facilities of hotel is horrible, there is no basis facility is available at hotel, request to make my trip please do not inculde such kind of hotel to break your reputation

Property don't provide hot water for bath on multiple reminders in morning. Bed was uncomfortable. Location near golden temple is only plus point.

The hotel is very close to the golden temple. The facilities at this hotel were all up to the mark, i enjoyed my stay there. The staff behaviour was also very nice. Overall experience was very good. I'll recommend you all to stay in this hotel.

Location of the hotel is good. Hotel staff was polite and friendly. Cleaning was good. Hot water at daytime only. Free wifi. Tv was not working.

This hotel is located near to jalan wala but the pavement is very busy during days. You will have parking facility here. We reached late but they arranged pickup for us. Thumsup for that. Behavior wise, they are nice. Rooms needed renovation on few aspect.

Location is nice and nearby jaliawala bagh and golden temple. Pathetic hygiene, dirty sheets, blankets should be burned and room were small.

Location is good, walking distance from golden temple. Owner and staff are very good and very helpful person. They even let us check in early and check out late. True man.

There is some light problem and switch also not work proper.

Had an amazing stay here. Just 5 min walk from golden temple main gate and 1 min walk from main market. Very supportive staff. They provided complimentary breakfast as a goodwill gesture. Enough space for car parking and location quite easy to reach hotel. If you are going via own car then one of the best option to stay here with car parked. If without own vehicle then you may opt for nearby hotels in low budget range. If i had to specifically tell the negatives - bathroom is quite compact and lot of noise used to happen nearby during night.

When i book this hotel i was little bit confused because it dont have any review and rating. But when i stay there. I was very surprised bcoz owner was very help full and polite. Just 2 minute walking distance from golden temple. Rooms was very clean and hygienic. Staff take proper precautions for covid 19 they check temperature when i reached hotel. I higy recommend this hotel for all families and solo travellers.

It was a great experience of our stay here. 24/7 access-able parking and most amazing part was that it's just 100 m away from darbar sahib. Proper sanitization and precautions are being taken. The staff and hospitality is just amazing. Highly recommended for your stay with family and friends. Rooms were clean and newly built.
