They welcomed me by saying makemytrip booked people are not allowed to park their vehicle in the hotel even if there was no other vehicle parked there. I requested the receptionist to park my vehicle there, he told that they will not give the room for me and asked me to go and tell at makemytrip. I was tired of driving and the hot temperature at chennai, so instead of wasting time i took the room. The room was not cleaned properly. I was given the blankets only after asking at the reception. Drinking water was not provided. No soap and toiletries were provided. Bathroom was not cleaned, foul smell was coming from the bathroom. Tv was not working, several times informed at the authority but there was no use. The staff at reception was very rude. Ac was the only thing that worked properly in this hotel.

Location is poor. Room service is also poor. No food, tea coffee will be provided. Geyser is for showing only. No intercom facility. Room size is so small. Apollo hospital up-down fare rs 300- minimum everyday expanses.

Location is fine as its close to marina, however the rooms are too small with bad amenities. Only saving grace was the hotel staff.

It was clean nice and sweet. The staff there are good and helpful. Surrounding was a but noisy. The rooms were a but small and the lights weren't working properly.
