Visited as a Solo traveler. Location was good. Services were poor. Staff were okay. Hotel was neat and clean and value for money.

It was horrible stay at Partap Palace. Dirty pillows, dirty sheets and room was in bad condition. I will not stay in future even at free of cost. One of employee was very unprofessional.

Make my trip is fooling people. No communication or tie up with hotel and taking money from customer. Don't use this in future.
